From the player handbook: “If a conflict arises, we ask that you attempt to address it with your coach first. If the situation is still an issue, you may contact Cristian Melara (at doc@chehalemvalleysc.com) for further assistance. Conflicts may then be referred to the Board of Directors if you are dissatisfied with the response.”

CVSC Club ByLaw Review & Opportunity to Serve on the Board

January 23, 2025 - The board has approved an amendment to the bylaws and we will call for a vote from our membership in 30 days. If you have feedback on the Amended ByLaws, please email info@chehelamvalleysc.com and secretary@chehalemvalleysc.com.

At the same time, we open an opportunity to our membership. We have a voting role on our board, Director at Large, that is open for new participation. Here is a description of the voting role on our board:

Director At Large - The Director At Large shall contribute expertise, serve on committees, vote, and participate in meetings.
